All returned items must be in their original packaging with all components, manuals, and documentation included.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the workstation or components in the original anti-static bags and protective foam to prevent hardware damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is visible for faster processing.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
